I nuovi inverter serie ICS, di ultima generazione, sono apparecchiature atte a generare e controllare il campo magnetico necessario agli agitatori (stirrer) per acciaierie. Variando la corrente (modulo e frequenza) di comando dell’agitatore vengono modificati di conseguenza i campi magnetici. L’inverter per stirrer è un'apparecchiatura a doppio ponte per la conversione elettrica di una tensione alternata fissa e frequenza costante di un apparato a tensione e frequenza variabile. La sezione di conversione AC/DC viene realizzata con moduli diodi-semipak, mentre la conversione DC/AC è realizzata con moduli IGBT. I due canali di frequenza e corrente sono indipendenti tra loro, pertanto è possibile fissare il punto di lavoro desiderato di ogni grandezza in funzione del set di riferimento impostato. Tramite il monitoraggio continuo, effettuato dal sistema di controllo sulle protezioni dell’inverter e dello stirrer fanno in modo di rendere la macchina molto affidabile e sicura. |

The device "String Survey" is a switchboard. With it is possible to connect the photovoltaic strings to single inverter MPPT. It can read the current of individual strings by monitoring the right balance, it providing a fault signal when the current string is unbalanced compared to the expected value.
